Amazon Launches AI Assistant 'Project Amelia' to Enhance Seller Insights and Support
Amazon's new AI assistant, Project Amelia, built on AWS's Amazon Bedrock, is now in beta for U.S. sellers. It provides insights on sales, traffic, and performance metrics, and will soon help with issue resolution and other tasks. Initially available to select U.S. sellers, it will expand to more countries and languages later this year

Microsoft is launching Copilot Pages today, a feature enabling real-time, collaborative AI interactions within a shared canvas. Users can integrate Copilot’s responses, edit content collectively, and pull in data from various sources. Rolling out to Microsoft 365 Copilot customers and later to all subscribers, Copilot Pages builds on Microsoft Loop and enhances AI collaboration across Office apps.
