  • Crusoe Energy, a Denver-based AI data center startup and OpenAI partner, has raised $1.38 billion in a Series E round at about a $10 billion valuation. The funding will support expanding AI data center infrastructure, including a major 1.2 GW Texas campus. The round is co-led by Mubadala Capital and Valor Equity Partners, with participation from Nvidia and others. Founded in 2018, Crusoe converts stranded energy into low-cost power for AI computing and has raised $3.9 billion to date. Link
